Those thoughts are the driving force behind Whistling Pig Publishing. Along with a certain pig named Ogilvy, who’ll be the first to tell you anything is possible if you set your mind to it; even if you’re a pig who wants to whistle!
Our children’s story book publishing house was launched with the idea of sharing stories which entertain and inspire children, and the adults who care for them.
We know the world can be a daunting place sometimes, and it’s easy to feel insecure, or to wish you were maybe a little less like you, and a little more like someone else. Ogilvy the Pig and his cast of barnyard friends link paws, wings and hooves together to show children the joy of friendship, love, and being your best self.
The Whistling Pig line of books are children’s readers, designed for children four to eight years of age. The books feature whimsical illustrations and a farm full of talking animals. Each story is designed to enchant children and their moms, dads, aunts, uncles, grandparents, friends with tales of lovable farm animals discovering how wonderful they are, simply by being themselves.
